According to the Bill (Reg.№1347) the authority of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in the sphere of the human protection from the ionizing radiation influence should be determined. In particular, Verkhovna Rada has the authority to: determine the basis of the state policy in the sphere of the human protection from the ionizing radiation influence; legitimate basis for the regulation of the relations in the sphere of human protection from the ionizing radiation influence; adoption of the main dosage of the individual radiation rate of the population and objects´ personnel etc.
